By accessing or using this website, including purchasing products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all the Terms, please do not use the website or its services.

Throughout the site, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Gozi. This website offers tools, content, and services subject to your acceptance of all terms, policies, and notices stated here.

These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

2. Online Store and Services

We sell original artworks and self-published reproductions through this website. We also offer custom services (artistic, advertising, and fashion-related), which are handled through individual agreements with specific terms defined for each client.

Some products and services may be available exclusively online and may be offered in limited quantities.

3. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any applicable laws.

4. Pricing and Payment

In accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI), Gozi benefits from VAT exemption under the French micro-entrepreneur regime.

Prices shown on this website are therefore VAT-exempt (no VAT added).

VAT will not be charged unless annual turnover exceeds the legal thresholds applicable to the artiste-auteur micro-entrepreneur status.

5. Orders and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or involve multiple accounts or payment methods.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information for all purchases made on our site.

Returns are handled in accordance with our return policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.

7. Accuracy and Availability

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or up to date.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of Toulouse, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Return and Refund Policy

Effective date: January 2, 2026

At Gozi, we strive to ensure full satisfaction for our collectors and customers. This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased on www.gozi.fr.

  1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of non-customised items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at gozi.art.contact@gmail.com within 14 days.

Please note: this right does not apply to custom-made or personalised artworks.

2. Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged.

We do not refund original shipping costs.

Please note that, due to the nature of our business, return logistics must be coordinated directly via email.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of both the artwork and the packaging at gozi.art.contact@gmail.com.

For signed limited edition prints, we may request an additional image showing that the artwork has been rendered unusable (for example, clearly torn or destroyed).This is a fraud prevention measure due to the unique nature of each piece.

Once verified, we will provide a replacement with the same edition number, at no additional cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • custom-made or personalised artworks created to your specifications

  • items returned after the 14-day return period

  • items not returned in their original condition

5. Order Cancellations and Changes

Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Please carefully review your order details (including shipping address) before completing checkout. We cannot issue refunds or replacements due to errors in submitted information.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first.

If your request is approved, we recommend placing a new order separately. Return shipping costs for the original item are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

7.Refund Process

Once your return or withdrawal request has been received and approved:

  • refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • you will receive a confirmation once the refund has been processed

  • please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction
